Nope! All Top Tix bundles are good for 7 days; 3 days prior to your Space Needle visit, the day of, and 3 days after.
The time you select at booking is your Space Needle entry window. Other attractions vary, some you need to make an advance reservation using your Space Needle Order ID, others you can walk up with your tickets! View the attraction's page on Seattle Top Tix to know for sure.
Seattle Top Tix is a locally based ticketing partner that curates discounted attraction bundles and experiences around the Seattle area. We work directly with top attractions, museums, and tour providers to offer convenient, pre-packaged ticket options that help visitors explore more while saving time and money.
Yes — we partner with each attraction featured in our bundles. While we are not the operators of the attractions themselves, we are an authorized reseller and work closely with them to ensure your tickets are valid, up-to-date, and easy to redeem.
“Powered by the Space Needle” means that Seattle Top Tix is operated by the Space Needle’s ticketing and experience team. Our platform uses the Space Needle’s secure ticketing system, customer support structure, and we build attraction partnerships to offer bundled tickets across Seattle. While we sell tickets to many different experiences—not just the Space Needle—our technology, operations, and validation systems are supported by the Space Needle organization to ensure accuracy, security, and a seamless guest experience.
Yes. After completing your purchase, you will receive a booking confirmation by email. This confirmation contains your tickets and important details for your visit.
We offer a variety of "single" tickets to other attractions! You can still get a Top Tix deal for another attraction even if you've already visited the Space Needle.
To request a change, email [email protected] before your scheduled visit time. Please note this email box is monitored Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Yes. Each attraction operates independently and may have its own:
- Entry requirements
- Hours of operation
- Reservation policies
These policies apply in addition to Seattle Top Tix terms.
All refund, cancellation, or change requests must be emailed to [email protected] before your scheduled visit.
Refund eligibility is based on the policies of each attraction in your bundle, including the timed reservation at the Space Needle. Missed reservations and unused portions of the bundle may not be eligible for refunds. Refunds are also not guaranteed for attraction closures or disruptions beyond operational control.
Seattle Top Tix does not guarantee refunds.
No. Seattle Top Tix bundle tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the person(s) listed on the booking.
Prices may be subject to applicable taxes, including:
- City of Seattle Admissions Tax (5%)
- Seattle Sales Tax (10.55%)
Additional fees may apply depending on the experiences included. Prices may change without notice.
