1. About Seattle TopTix
Seattle TopTix is a ticketing platform powered by the Space Needle that provides curated bundles of Seattle-area attractions. Our mission is to offer customers the opportunity to experience more while saving more, by combining multiple attractions, from iconic landmarks to neighborhood gems, into a single ticket package.
By purchasing through Seattle TopTix, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of the website, your transactions, and your interactions with Seattle TopTix and its supplier partners.
2. Bookings & Order Confirmations
2.1 Booking Process
When purchasing a Seattle TopTix bundle, the date and time selected during the booking process shall apply exclusively to the Space Needle portion of the bundle.
2.2 Confirmation
Upon completion of booking, you will receive a booking confirmation. Customers are responsible for reviewing the confirmation immediately and notifying Seattle TopTix of any discrepancies. Failure to notify Seattle TopTix of discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt may result in forfeiture of corrections.
2.3 Voucher Redemption
Your Seattle TopTix ticket will serve as a voucher for redemption at the other participating attractions included in the bundle.
2.4 Pricing
All prices are subject to City of Seattle Admissions Tax (5%), Seattle Sales Tax (10.35%) or additional fees as subject to the specific experience in the bundle. Pricing is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
3. Bundle Redemption
3.1 Space Needle Admission
The scheduled date and time selected during booking apply exclusively to the Space Needle visit. Admission is permitted only at the designated time and date, subject to the Space Needle’s admission policies.
Tickets will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or unused on the specified date/time.
3.1.1 Time Changes
Contact [email protected] if a time or date change is needed, prior to the visit time. Please note this email box is monitored Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
3.2 Other Attractions
The Seattle TopTix ticket shall be accepted as a voucher for redemption at all other participating attractions. Admission is subject to each supplier’s individual terms, conditions, and operational availability.
3.2.1 Bundle Validity
All bundles are valid for 3 days prior, day of, and 3 days after the selected Space Needle visit time.
3.3 Reservation Requirements
Certain attractions require advance reservations. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing such requirements, which are published on SeattleTopTix.com, and for securing reservations directly with the supplier.
3.4 Supplier Terms
Each participating attraction may apply its own rules, restrictions, and entry conditions. These shall apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
3.4.1 Supplier Cancellations
All attractions reserve the right to cancel tours, adjust operating hours, or cancel experiences without notice.
3.5 Non-TransferabilitySeattle TopTix bundle tickets are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be used by the person(s) named on the booking confirmation, unless expressly permitted by the supplier.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
4.1 General Policy
All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted to [email protected]. Eligibility for refunds or rescheduling is determined by the applicable policies of participating suppliers. Seattle TopTix facilitates refunds only to the extent permitted by the supplier’s policies and does not guarantee refunds beyond those policies.
4.2 Space Needle Reservations
Cancellations or modifications to the Space Needle portion of the bundle must comply with the Space Needle’s refund and rebooking policy. Failure to appear at the scheduled date and time may result in forfeiture without refund.
4.3 Partial Refunds
Seattle TopTix does not guarantee partial refunds in the event one or more attractions included in the bundle are closed, unavailable, or otherwise inaccessible on the date of intended use. Any such requests will be considered in accordance with supplier policies.
5. Liability, Indemnification & Force Majeure
5.1 Limitation of Liability
Seattle TopTix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to missed reservations, attraction closures, or supplier-imposed restrictions.
5.2 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seattle TopTix, its affiliates, and its supplier partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or failure to comply with supplier requirements.
5.3 Force Majeure
Seattle TopTix and its suppliers shall not be held responsible for delays, closures, or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, technical failures, or government actions. Bundles will not be refunded for disruptions beyond the control of Seattle TopTix or its suppliers.
5.4 Exclusions
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury caused by Seattle TopTix.
5.5 Permissions
You and any person accompanying the ticket holder, including minor(s), give Seattle TopTix and its partners irrevocable permission to record their image, name, voice, likeness, actions, and/or statements in any photo, footage, or display, whether live or recorded, for promotional or operational purposes in all types of media, in perpetuity and without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6. Intellectual Property & Website Use
All content on SeattleTopTix.com, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, and images, is owned by Seattle TopTix or its partners. Such content may not be copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Users agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes or in any way that could impair, damage, disable, or overburden the platform.
7. Updates to Terms
Seattle TopTix reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. Updates will be effective upon publication on SeattleTopTix.com. Continued use of the platform following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Communication
All official notices, including booking confirmations, policy updates, or amendments to these Terms, will be communicated via email and/or published on SeattleTopTix.com.
9. Definitions & General Clauses
9.1 Definitions
Unless otherwise stated, references to “including” shall be interpreted as “including but not limited to.”
9.2 Headings
Section headings are provided for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
9.3 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington.
